Dear Anita:

I wanted to let you know that my patient was very touched and impressed by the care you gave him last night 8/25/11. He noted that he was feeling feverish and in pain, and decided to just bear it. He thought you coming to check on him at that particular time was a Godsend. He noted that the way in which you managed his subsequent care in a proactive manner, notifying the physician, treating his fever, collecting blood cultures etc, and implementing his care plan was exemplary. He was also touched by the way you kept a close eye on him to make sure he was doing ok. I wanted to share that with you and add my thanks as well for your care and caring.
