Every morning when Cynthia Breslin works, there is a noticeable difference in the Emergency Department. She goes above and beyond expectation when she cleans our waiting room. She moves chairs, benches, and tables to reach areas most people wouldn't think about. The waiting room actually has a clean refreshing smell and all the chairs are clean. Not only does she do an excellent job, but she does it with a great attitude. She's such a pleasure to talk to and is so friendly with all the people that come in while she's out here. It's not only noticed in the waiting room, but also near the patient rooms. In all, she does a fantastic job and everything she does is appreciated. Thank you Cynthia!
