An excerpt from a letter from a patient on PCU
 
I am writing to say what a great job the nursing staff on PCU did for me. No time is a good time when you are in the hospital. But when you have nurses like Michelle, (charge nurse), Jess (primary nurse) Salem (CNA), and Lyndsay (CNA) I thought I was in a 4 star hotel where the nurses care about you and want to make you better, not just get you up on your feet and out the door.  I thank them with all my heart.
 
The nurse made me feel like everything was going to be okay when I thought I couldn’t take the pain any more, they eased the pain with a soft voice, warm heart, smooth hands and sunshine smiles.
