Robin, first I want to say thank you for changing your schedule and coming in at 5am Wednesday morning. It was a challenging night for everyone. You came in and "took over" the very critical patient that would have been mine. I had four other patients to care for and you came in with a good attitude and took charge of that patient. It would have put the entire department at a disadvantage had you not come in early. Thank you for being part of our team!
